No, you do not need to be present for a service technician to perform work.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance, including on-call emergency maintenance.

You may submit a non-emergency maintenance request through the resident portal. Please call the Leasing Office and follow the prompts for emergency maintenance.

The Leasing Office can assist with lockouts during business hours. However, Alta Union does not provide after-hours lockout services. Please contact a locksmith outside of business hours.

Alta Union offers ample resident parking in our gated parking lot. Future resident parking is also available for those touring the community.

Alta Union offers a two-story clubhouse, two second-story outdoor terraces, co-working space with individual and group seating areas, private offices for rent, an industrial-style pool courtyard (with saltwater pool, sunshelves, cabanas, a hammock courtyard, and outdoor grilling/dining), indoor-outdoor fitness center, live podcast room, bike storage, pet spa and dog park, controlled access package delivery, and public art and collaboration with local artists.

Yes, our community is pet-friendly. We offer a dog park as well as a pet spa. There is a limit of two pets per home and breed restrictions apply.

Our apartment homes are furnished with a refrigerator with an ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Application approvals typically take about 24-48 hours or two business days.

Rent may be paid online via the resident portal or in the office with a cashier's check or personal check. No cash accepted.

Yes, renter's insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage is required before move-in.

Yes, there is a clause that allows for the early termination of a lease with associated fees.

The office will handle water, sewer, trash, and pest control set-up. You will need to make arrangements for electric, cable, and/or internet service.

Public transportation is offered via Charlotte Pike.
